Jarma Shoro

 

Executing its’ basic mission, which is to revive ancient traditions in food stuffs industry, the Shoro company introduce a new type of Jarma. It is forgotten national and high-calorific drink.

Jarma is the main after meat food for ancient nomads. It could be assumed that Jarma was the first method of consuming cereals long before bakery art appeared.

Jarma is a liquid drink, made from fried corns with addition of airan or suzmo – a special ferment. Our ancestors used it in hot condition in cold periods of year and cold in summer. This national drink could satisfy both thirsty and hunger. Our fathers drank it every day but then undeserved forgot it. The recipe of the drink was kept in rare families.

As elder generation tells, Jarma is a drink which saved millions of lives in the periods of wars and hungers.

Shoro company named its’ drink Jarma Shoro, which means “insatiable” in Kyrgyz. This word is exact in characterizing its’ qualities, and it could be proved by everyone who tries it.

Jarma Shoro is a natural, ecologically pure product, which contains all the useful qualities of both Maksym and Chalap.

The drink is being made of germinated wheat, milk and ferment, which bring tenderness and softness to it’s taste. It contains all the vitamins, which are important for protection of our health and immune system, fight viruses and bacterium, and stabilize functioning of heart, stomach and liver.

According to results of researches of Kyrgyz National Medical Academy,

It is approved:

  • Jarma Shoro is biologically valuable drink, which contains basic nutritious substances, micro elements and vitamins
  • It helps to raise the level of hemoglobin in blood due to micro elements of iron, cobalt, folic and ascorbic acid
  • It helps to better assimilate protein food and carbohydrates

It is recommended:

  • To use it as a natural drink for slaking, stimulating appetite and as a diuretic
  • When suffering from vitamins С, В1, В2 and folic acid shortage
  • As a preventive diet for professions connected with especially harmful conditions
  • As a medical nutrition for obesity inclined patients
  • For expectant and nursing mothers to stimulate appetite and provoke gastric secretion ferments
  • For patients with special kind of gastritis to raise the acidity of gastric juice and pepsin ferment

Jarma Shoro is being produced in plastic bottles of 0.5 and 1.0 liters. .

This drink needs to be kept in refrigerators only under the temperature not higher than 10C.
